This delicious summer pie was made with fresh ingredients right out of my garden! The best time to make this is June. The fresh ingredients really made this pie mouth watering.  My oldest son Evan – age 10 was a huge fan of this pie.  Both my sons helped me with planting the rhubarb and strawberries in the garden and caring for them. Eating the pie was more rewarding and enjoyable because of that I am sure. This is the perfect summer dessert!
