The Best Sourdough Homemade Fudgy Brownies
This is the best combination of chocolate- Fudgy- rich brownies!
To get that rich fudge of the brownies you need to create the chocolate mixture on the stovetop. I use Hershey’s cocoa, Hershey’s chocolate bar and semi chocolate chips.

I also beat the sugar and eggs for a good 5 minutes before adding the chocolate mixture to it.

Add in the chocolate mixture and mix

Add in the flour and salt and stir in.
Add in 9×9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 42 minutes.

Here is how you make them:
INGREDIENTS
• 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 bar of a Hershey’s chocolate bar
• ½ cup Hershey’s cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup light brown sugar
• ½ cup sourdough starter discard
