Reindeer Chow

INGREDIENTS

• 4 c. miniature pretzel twists

• 4 c. Corn Chex cereal

• 4 c. Rice Chex cereal

• 3 c. Cheerios cereal

• 2 c. dry-roasted peanuts

• 1 (12 oz. or 16 oz.) package red & green holiday M&Ms

• 1 package red & green peanut M&Ms

• 1 (24 oz.) package vanilla almond bark coating

• 1 T. canola or vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS

• Line a table with a couple sheets of aluminum foil.

• Start to place pretzels, Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Cheerios, peanuts, and half of the M&Ms over it. Stir gently to combine.

• Coarsely chop almond bark coating. Place chopped almond bark and oil together in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute; stir. Continue to microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until coating is fully melted.

• Pour melted coating over the cereal mixture. Stir very gently to get all pieces coated. Immediately sprinkle with remaining M&Ms and gently stir them into the mix, leaving them not fully coated so their color shows.

• Once cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.
