Here is how you make it: Creamy Pork Chops Ingredients: 1 lb Pork chops, boneless 2 tbsp Poultry seasoning 2 tbsp Garlic 1 Yellow onion, medium cut up 1/2 cup Chicken broth, low sodium 4 tbsp butter – divided- 2 for onion and 2 for pork chops 1/4 cup Heavy cream Directions: 1.) season your pork chops. 2.) heat up 2 tbsp of butter up in same skillet add in minced garlic and chopped up onions. One Pan Chicken Stir Fry- 20 Minutes- Low Calorie- High Protein
1.) Heat up Skillet with olive oil 2.)Add in all ingredients: -cut up rotisserie chicken – 1 yellow squash- cut up -1 zucchini- cut up – 1/2 cup snap peas -1/2 cup peas -1/2 cup corn 3.) Cook on medium high for 15 minutes- stirring. 4.) Add in Yakisoba stir fry noodles (found in refrigerated section in the grocery store) . 5.) Mix in and add just a little bit of Teriyaki sauce. 6.)
