Creamy Chicken and Brussel Sprouts
This Healthy dinner is the perfect weeknight family meal!
Cooked all in one pan and full of protein and and vegetables!
Here is how you make it :
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken breasts cut up
1 lb of Brussel Sprouts cut in half
Milk Mixture:
1/2 cup milk any type of milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of flour
Topping:
5-7 crumbled up cooked bacon
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1.) cook up bacon. Take out and crumble it – set aside.
2.) clean dish and add a little olive oil turn up to medium high. Add in cut up chicken and cook till nice and gold brown. Around 10-12 minutes. Take out and set aside.
3.) Add in more olive oil to pan and the cut up Brussel sprouts. Cook till crispy brown around 10 minutes.
4.) make milk mixture while cooking.
5.) Add in chicken and milk mixture to chicken. Stir and cook all together.
6.) Add the crumbled up bacon and Parmesan cheese. Stir till it’s all creamy and melted around 5 minutes.
7.) serve warm and enjoy!
