INGREDIENTS • 4 c. miniature pretzel twists • 4 c. Corn Chex cereal • 4 c. Rice Chex cereal • 3 c. Cheerios cereal • 2 c. dry-roasted peanuts • 1 (12 oz. or 16 oz.) package red & green holiday M&Ms • 1 package red & green peanut M&Ms • 1 (24 oz.) package vanilla almond bark coating • 1 T. canola or vegetable oil INSTRUCTIONS • Line a table with a couple sheets of aluminum foil. • Start to place pretzels, Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Cheerios, peanuts, and half of the M&Ms over it. These might be my absolute favorite! When I bake these I always triple my batch 😜. The perfect combination of peanut butter, chocolate and powdered sugar! Yummy! Tips: Use a good small cookie scooper when scooping out your dough. The reason why is I use the back of it to press down on the cookie after baking to create the center for the chocolate filling. You can always use a small cup but this works best. These cookies are addictive for the pecan lover ! This is one of my highly requested recipes. ***With this recipe you have to refrigerate before baking for at least 4 hrs. I like to make my dough the night before, put in the fridge and in the morning bake them. Some tips for making them: You need to cook the pecans in a saucepan with some butter. These are melt in your mouth crumbling cookies. For these cookies you will need two apples peeled and grated. They will give the cookies that amazing apple taste and make them nice and moist. You will need two bowls. One for the flour and spices. Another one for the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and the apple . After combine the flour to the butter/sugar mixture. Get a small bowl out and mix the sugar and cinnamon. Scoop out 1 inch circles and roll them out in the sugar cinnamon mixture. Put on the cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
