Creamy Skillet Pork Chops. This is my favorite way to cook pork chops!
Here is how you make it:
Creamy Pork Chops
Ingredients:
1 lb Pork chops, boneless
2 tbsp Poultry seasoning
2 tbsp Garlic
1 Yellow onion, medium cut up
1/2 cup Chicken broth, low sodium
4 tbsp butter – divided- 2 for onion and 2 for pork chops
1/4 cup Heavy cream
Directions:
1.) season your pork chops.
2.) heat up 2 tbsp of butter up in same skillet add in minced garlic and chopped up onions. Cook on medium high till brownish.
3.) Take out and put on plate.
4.) Add in the rest of the butter in the skillet and add the seasoned pork chops. Cook them for a total of 10-15 minutes. Flip half way through . Take out and put on plate.
5.) make the sauce! add in chicken broth and heavy cream -stir. Add in onions to it. Cook sauce for 3-5 minutes.
6.) add in pork chops. Let pork chops cook in sauce for another 5-7 minutes really soaking in that creamy sauce.
7.) plate and top with pork chops and sauce from the skillet .
