One Pan Chicken Stir Fry- 20 Minutes- Low Calorie- High Protein
1.) Heat up Skillet with olive oil
2.)Add in all ingredients:
-cut up rotisserie chicken
– 1 yellow squash- cut up
-1 zucchini- cut up
– 1/2 cup snap peas
-1/2 cup peas
-1/2 cup corn
3.) Cook on medium high for 15 minutes- stirring.
4.) Add in Yakisoba stir fry noodles (found in refrigerated section in the grocery store) .
5.) Mix in and add just a little bit of Teriyaki sauce.
6.) Cook for additional 5 minutes- stirring it all together.
7.) Enjoy!
