This recipe is great for either mini muffins or regular size muffins. Whatever size muffin your household prefers. They never last long in our household. These are a big hit with my boys that I like to double this or even sometimes triple the recipe and freeze a good batch of them. Thawing them out make them taste just as good! Stock up on some bananas and let’s make these!
